four things for spring

The weather here hit sixty-plus degrees here yesterday. All of a sudden, I am feeling very comfortable saying that spring has finally arrived to West Michigan. Welcome spring! Please, please, make yourself feel right at home.

In celebration of spring's arrival, I'm sharing four things for spring today.

1. Jones Design Co. Spring Essentials Print

Do you follow the Jones Design Company blog? It's beautiful. Emily Lex is the creator of the site and showcases her beautiful home, lots of fun do-it-yourself decor ideas, tutorials and workshops, monthly printables such as this beautiful print (available as a free download here), and a wonderful variety of beautiful moments and wisdoms. She also sells art prints, her own and others', through her marketplace, Maker + Ink. I love the lightness of it all!

2. Stripe Weekender Bag

It seems like I am always on the lookout for a new weekender bag. This one could the perfect thing for a spring getaway, it's adorable and affordable. The tassel adds such a nice playful touch.

3. Zara Mini Artisan Capsule Collection

This capsule collection of baby and toddler-sized clothing is just perfection. I love so many of the individual pieces and they're just a dream all together. The natural fabrics and embroidered details work together so well, I wish they came in my size! They do happen to come in Elia's size and she does have a birthday coming up... just saying.

4. Frost By Number Guide

This beautiful chart of icing colors comes from an old issue of Food Network Magazine and has been making the internet rounds since it was published. Doesn't this make you want to go bake a cake? If that's the case, you'll want to check out the full Frost by Number guide, available here.

I hope you've enjoyed my little round up. How are you welcoming spring?

  2. That icing guide is really cool. I watch the cookie tutorials on Facebook but don't do much baking myself. I also love the kids clothing line. I have a three month old and have just started realizing how many cute kids lines there are.
